VALORE was founded by Veronica Licole, whose passion for fashion and lived experiences with restrictive industry standards inspired her to create meaningful change. Having felt hesitant to pursue modeling due to narrow beauty expectations, Veronica built VALORE on the belief that talent should never be limited by a single look, size, or mold. What started as a personal dream has evolved into a dedicated agency empowering Black talent and individuals who have historically been overlooked.
Looking beyond traditional standards
Unlike conventional agencies that look for people to fit an existing mold, VALORE celebrates authentic individuality. We believe potential is not defined by height, weight, body type, or skin tone. Our mission is to discover and guide individuals who may have never considered modeling, giving them the confidence, portfolio development, and professional network needed to flourish.
